Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Bizdo (“the service”), operated by ALGTECH, 4 KN 4 Avenue, Kigali, Rwanda.

The service

The service generates marketing copy for your business using an AI model. Output is a draft. You are responsible for checking anything before you publish it under your own name — including prices, claims, opening hours and offers.

Your subscription

One plan at $59.99 per month, including 1,200 credits, 10 website audits and 2 seats. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. There is a fair-use limit of 80 generations per hour to prevent automated resale of the service.

ALGTECH is the seller of record for your subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider on our behalf; card details are entered on their hosted checkout and we never see or store them.

Prices are shown exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies to your purchase, it is added at checkout and remitted by us.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require you to contact support to cancel.

If a payment fails

Your account continues working for three days while the payment is retried. After that, access is paused until the payment succeeds. Your profile and settings are kept.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put in and what comes out. We do not store the text you generate — see our privacy policy. Anything you save is held in your own browser, and we cannot recover it for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that impersonates another business. Do not resell access or run the service on behalf of businesses that are not your own clients.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on a third-party AI provider and may be briefly unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Governing law: Rwanda.
