Privacy policy

ALGTECH, trading as Bizdo, operates this service. This page describes exactly what we hold, and it is written to match how the system is actually built.

What we store

• Your email address, so you can sign in and we can reach you.
• Your subscription status and a customer reference from our payment provider.
• Your business profile: the name, town, services, prices and tone you gave us. Business contact details, largely already public.
• Counts: how many generations you ran, when, and how many tokens they used. Numbers only.

What we do not store

The text you generate. What you paste in and what comes back is processed in memory and discarded. There is no database column for it, it is not written to logs, and there is no screen in our support tools that can display it. This is a property of the schema, not a policy we promise to follow.

This matters most for the review tools, where what you paste may contain a customer’s name or complaint. That text is forwarded to the model and dropped. There is nothing to purge because nothing is written.

Card details. Checkout happens on our payment provider’s own pages. We store a customer reference and nothing else.

Passwords. There aren’t any. Signing in uses a code sent to your email.

What we cannot claim

Generating requires sending your text to our model provider, Anthropic, who process it under their own terms. We cannot generate anything without doing so. Your text also passes through our server’s memory for the seconds it takes to produce a result — never written to disk, never logged, but it does pass through. We would rather say this plainly than claim a guarantee we cannot keep.

Saved items

Anything you save is stored in your browser, not on our servers. It never reaches us. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently and we cannot restore it, so export a copy from the Library page from time to time.

How long we keep things

• Sign-in codes: 24 hours.
• Sessions: 30 days from last use.
• Payment records: 90 days for disputes, then only what tax law requires.
• Usage counts: two years.
• Everything account-linked: deleted 30 days after your subscription ends.

Your rights

Download everything we hold from your account page, at any time, without asking. You can also delete your account and everything attached to it from the same place.

Others who process data for us

• Anthropic — generates the text.
• Our payment provider — processes payments and hosts the checkout on our behalf.
• Resend — sends your sign-in codes.
• Supabase — hosts the database.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Sentry — error reports, with request contents stripped before sending.
